reflection:
an amazing project to work on, both as an artist but also helping otyp stage their first production in a professional performing arts centre. the designer was also a student of mine at the time from csu. i will never forget the night we staged it at the hay gaol for the hay community and a number of the ‘girls’ who had been incarcerated. the power of telling stories was so apparent, we were conjuring spirits and releasing them. cathartic and also triggering this was one step on the path to healing. thanks amy
